My latest doodle shown above is an underwater scene of many fish swimming free from a stray fishing net which can be seen dropping down from the rainbow. Actual size is A3 and again it is a pencil and acrylic picture.
The other latest drawings include "Pretty as a Picture", (on exhibition in Dunfermline Library this month and prints available in Artroom59 in Townhill Rd) also "Many More Henrys". Both these can also be seen online in the Latest Work Gallery. And the two part fairy set shown in the latest drawings folder.
This week the Junior Art Club have some fantastic drawings and doodles to see, there will also be some photos coming shortly of their clay work. The Junior Art Club is also working towards producing an animal drawing for the "Animal Art Exhibition" in the Kingsgate Shopping Centre from the 22nd to the 26th of April. "My Journey 2009" will also be on exhibit at this event.
ABOUT ME.........
I graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in Dundee, specialising in Graphic Design, I am not finally concentrating on what I love the most which is my Drawings and Doodles.
Working mainly in pen and ink, I have a unique drawing style which I refer to simply as doodling. I have developed this unique style since early childhood, and my drawings all begin as a doodle which is transformed into a unique creation. These days the doodles are still developing and constantly changing to include new ideas. They include characters such as "Henry" the baby blue bird, "Sunny" the goldfish, "Tiny" the baby giraffe, "Magic" the blue and green eyed cat, "Gypsy" the pony, to name a few. This year I hope to create the story and book to these characters found in my doodles.
